99.9 cents a liter....For the love of god!

Well....It has finally gone to that long speculated place....One goddamn dollar for one lousy liter of gasoline - It now costs me $43.00 to fill my ECONOMY car. Up until last spring I used to have a full size Ford truck....That would have been $65.00 dollars for one weeks worth of fuel...Good thing I listened when "they" started all the "OIL WILL BE WORTH MORE THAN GOLD ONE DAY" propaganda....Yeah "them" - the oil pimps of the world.
CBC was "speculating" that a barrel of the crudest of crude will be $100 by the time 2010 rolls around. We are hovering around $57 a barrel this afternoon.... So, there you have it, Just in case you weren't already sure, It WILL be getting even more expensive to live here in Canada....Just add it to the evergrowing list I suppose.
